Jūsu dati tiks apstrādāti, pamatojoties uz leģitīmām interesēm, kur personas sniegtās informācijas trūkuma gadījumā var tikt liegta iespēja piedalīties LaMSĀ. Informāciju uzraudzīs LaMSA. Dati tiks glabāti līdz Jūsu biedra statusa beigšanai (ja vien Jūs pagarināsiet biedra statusu) . Jums ir tiesības pieprasīt informāciju par Jūsu datu apstrādi, iebilst pret personas datu apstrādi un atcelt piekrišanu kļūt par LaMSAs biedru, kā arī aktualizēt savus personas datus. Ja jums ir pamats uzskatīt, ka ir pārkāptas Jūsu datu subjekta tiesības, jūs varat iesniegt sūdzību Datu valsts inspekcijā. Personal information included in the application form will be used only for the purpose of creating your account in LaMSA. The information will be overseen by LaMSA. The information will be processed, based on legitimate interests, where, in case of lack of some personal information, taking part in LaMSA can be limited. Information will be kept until the end of your membership status (unless you prolong it). As the subjects regarding this data you have the right to demand the information, object against processing of the personal data, as well as actualize the personal data. If you have the ground to believe that there has been a misconduct regarding your rights as the data subject, you can submit complaint to Data State Inspectorate.
